Terms of Use
What using Neodymics means
By reading neodymics.com you accept that the articles are a starting point for your own bike project and not a substitute for your judgement. Using the site means you take responsibility for how you apply what you read. Questions about these terms can go to [email protected].
General information, not engineering or safety advice
Everything here is general information and personal opinion about e-bike conversions, motors, drivetrains and low-carbon travel. It is not professional engineering, electrical or legal advice. Batteries store a great deal of energy and can overheat, catch fire or give a shock if damaged, wired wrongly or charged with the wrong charger. A motor adds speed that frames, forks, wheels and brakes may not have been designed for. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, have an experienced mechanic check work you are unsure about, and confirm what your local rules say about power limits and where an electric bike may be ridden.
Who owns the content
The articles, their layout and the original photos and diagrams on Neodymics are the operator’s own or are used with permission. You may read the pages, quote a short extract beside a clear credit and share links freely. Republishing full articles or using them in a commercial product requires written permission.
Using the site properly
Do not attempt to break into Neodymics, flood it with automated requests, plant malicious code or use it to send spam. Anything illegal is off limits here, including using the site to promote unsafe or unroadworthy modifications to others. The operator may block visitors whose activity puts the site or other readers at risk.
Questions and suggestions you send
When you send a correction, wiring question or topic idea, you confirm you are entitled to share it. By sending it you let the operator draw on your idea when improving articles, without any obligation to reply or to publish what you wrote.
Advertising, affiliate links and the shops we mention
Neodymics may carry advertising and may include affiliate links, which can earn the operator a small commission at no extra cost to you. Such links do not alter what an article says. Articles may point readers to kit makers, battery suppliers, bike shops, standards bodies or local transport authorities. Those sites sit outside our control, and their prices, stock, specifications and advice can change without notice, so check them yourself before buying or riding.
Warranties and liability
Neodymics is offered in its current state, with no promise that every figure is right, every page is complete or the site is always reachable. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from use of the site or from a conversion built using its articles. Nothing here limits rights you hold by law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and severability
These terms and the site itself may be altered as parts, rules and articles are updated, and a revised version applies from the moment it appears here. If part of the terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
